Are you struggling through a challenge? Do you have hope? Do you believe in yourself, in your power?
Hope is continuing to go forward; it is continuing to live when you feel you can’t go on. You hold the power to believe you are doing your best. You need to believe you will get through, you will get there.
How you see yourself and the world is everything. You choose…..you can chose to see it as a dark, lifeless place where everyone is out to get YOU….you can listen to the negative people in your life and choose to join them. OR, you can see it as an ocean of opportunity and love that is there for you. All the grains of sand on the beach are opportunities for you to grow. Some go to the beach, see a storm coming and feel the day is ruined….others see the power of the storm and feel the wonders of the universe. Your perception will deeply affect and direct your actions, your thoughts, and your state of mind. Keep shining your light and keep walking towards it…..leave the darkness of the storm behind you.
Are you trying to stay in the present? You are not who you were in your past and the future has not even happened yet….so how can you worry or try to navigate it now? You are a constant reflection of who you are right now….not who you were or who you will be. Staying here….in this moment will calm your mind and quiet your soul. When you look back you can only hear yourself shouting…..”You should have done….” And when you look to tomorrow you hear “that is NEVER going to happen”. Hope lives in the present. Hope lives inside you right now. Decide what your next step is and take it. Take care of yourself. Being good to yourself fuels your perception of good. It ignites a feeling of gratitude and that is powerful. Living in a gratitude filled moment makes all of life seem lighter. You will get there. You will get through this, whatever it is. You need to have hope…you need to have a clear perception of what is around you. You need to believe that only you control your next step, your next thought…..you do, right now.
Now get up and step into the light…your light.
