Starting THURSDAY APRIL 9TH…..
The last 15 min of class will be tonging!! Please bring light weight if you care to.
1-8 pounds….we will do lower and upper body toning. This will be the last 15 min of
every Tuesday and Thursday class through April and we will re evaluate what everyone thinks
of it. You can stay….you can leave….you can use weights….or you do not need to.
I just wanted to give you time to gather, find, borrow some weights. I have a limited number
of light weight toning sticks you are welcome to use if needed.
I think if you give it an honest try, twice a week for 4 weeks you will see a change in your arms and who does not want that for the summer time!!!
